Refund and Cancellation Policy for Spread Oak Hunting

Thank you for choosing Spread Oak Hunting for your hunting adventure. We want to ensure you have a fantastic experience, so please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Cancellation Policy:
- Standard Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 14 days prior to your scheduled hunting date to receive a full refund of your deposit.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 13 days of your hunting date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled hunt without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Rescheduling Policy:

- If you wish to reschedule your hunting trip, please do so at least 14 days before your scheduled date. We will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
- Rescheduling requests made after the 14-day window may incur an additional fee.

Weather-Related Cancellations:

- In the event of severe weather conditions that may pose a safety risk, Spread Oak reserves the right to cancel the hunt. You will receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

Lodging Cancellations:

- For cancellations related to lodging, please inform us at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 6 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
